Strategic planning is a process which provides direction and scope of an organization over the long term in order to achieve advantage through effective utilization of resources within a changing environment, market dynamics and stakeholder expectations.  On the other hand a business plan is developed to actualize the strategic plan.

Aim of the course

• To assist the strategic management team in developing practical strategies for establishing, promoting and sustaining change in their organization to enable them to achieve strategic targets 
• To raise awareness of fixed patterns of behavior embedded responses and bias that enable us to take shortcuts but can make it difficult to shift our percent

Course Organizers

Intex Management Institute was registered in 1983. We have been offering a wide range of Human Resource Management training programs both online and open workshops, building capacity to enhance effective service delivery for NGOs, CBOs, Public and Private sector.

Training Methodology:

• All training materials will be availed through online or distance learning
• Your commitment time: 5 – 6 hours per week
• Learn at your own time schedule
• You will receive weekly feedback from our committed instructors
• You are expected to submit weekly assignments electronically
• At the end of the course you will be issued with a certificate

Course Exercises
Students are required to test their own learning by completing exercises and tasks for each unit of the course.
